Core Design Concepts
Universality First

Machine oil is classified as "total loss system oil" (L-AN class). Its design aims to cover as many types of light-load equipment as possible, such as textile machinery, machine tools, sewing machines, small motors, water pumps, and lifting equipment. This "one oil, multiple uses" approach reduces the complexity of oil selection and inventory costs for users.

Basic Protection Function

Its formulation typically contains only refined mineral base oils and antioxidant additives, without emphasizing high-performance indicators such as anti-wear, rust prevention, and anti-foaming. The design philosophy is to meet the most basic lubrication needs-reducing friction, preventing premature wear, and delaying oxidation and deterioration-rather than providing long-term or extreme condition protection.

Single-Use Logic

"Total loss" means that the oil is not recycled or circulated during use; it is gradually consumed or contaminated during equipment operation and then directly replaced. Therefore, machine oil design does not pursue long life or high stability, but focuses on short-term reliable performance and controllable costs.

Suitable for manual lubrication methods

Primarily used in manual or semi-automatic lubrication devices such as oil cans, oil cups, oil ropes, and oil rings, suitable for environments with operating temperatures below 60℃. The design prioritizes fluidity, penetration, and ease of operation, rather than oil film strength under high pressure.

Standardization and Simplified Selection

With the consolidation of industry standards, traditional machine oils, high-speed machine oils, and sewing machine oils have been uniformly classified into the L-AN category, graded according to their kinematic viscosity at 50℃ (e.g., L-AN32, L-AN46). This evolution reflects the modern design concept of "simplified classification and unified standardization," allowing users to directly select the appropriate type based on their equipment parameters.
