Machine oil, also known as total loss system oil, is a general-purpose lubricant suitable for light-load, low-speed, or medium-speed operating equipment. It is primarily used in systems requiring single-use lubrication and not requiring recycling. Based on its viscosity grade and performance characteristics, it can be widely used in the following types of equipment:

Industrial Machinery Equipment
Machine Tools: Lubrication of spindle boxes, gearboxes, and guideways in small and medium-sized machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, and planers. Commonly used grades include N32 and N46.
Textile Machinery: Spindles and transmission components in equipment such as carding machines, drawing frames, spinning machines, and looms. High-speed machine oil is especially suitable for high-speed textile spindles.
Papermaking and Printing Machinery: Gears and bearings in pulp mills, paper machines, and printing presses.

Woodworking Equipment: Light-load transmission systems in sawmills, planers, and pressing machines.

Power and Transmission Equipment

Small Motors and Fans: Bearing lubrication for small and medium-sized motors (under 100kW), blowers, and centrifugal pumps.

Hydraulic Presses and Pneumatic Tools: Piston systems for small hydraulic presses, pneumatic hammers, pneumatic drills, and other low-impact equipment.

Agricultural Machinery: Seeders, crushers, mills, sugar presses, and other agricultural and sideline product processing machinery.
