The service life of anti-wear hydraulic oil is affected by various factors, but through scientific selection, optimized operating environment, and systematic maintenance, its effective service life can be significantly extended, reducing equipment maintenance costs and improving operational reliability.

Controlling the Working Environment: Inhibiting the Sources of Oxidation and Contamination High temperature, high humidity, and dust are the "three killers" that shorten the life of hydraulic oil and must be prioritized for prevention and control:

Temperature Management: The oxidation rate of hydraulic oil increases exponentially with increasing temperature: for every 10°C increase, the oxidation rate doubles, and the lifespan is halved. It is recommended to control the system oil temperature below 55°C and avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures exceeding 85°C.

Solutions: Install air-cooled or water-cooled devices to improve heat dissipation; regularly check for blockages in the cooler.

Humidity and Moisture Control: A moisture content exceeding 0.1% can lead to oil emulsification, additive decomposition, and metal corrosion.

Solutions: Install dehumidifiers in humid environments and ensure good sealing of the oil tank to prevent condensation intrusion.

Dust and Contamination Control: External dust and internal metal abrasive particles accelerate oil degradation; over 70% of hydraulic system failures are related to contamination.

Solution: Use high-precision filter elements (precision ≥10μm) and install an air filter at the oil inlet.
