Production Process

1. Mix high-quality hydrogenated base oils and synthetic base oil components in a blending kettle at constant temperature
2. Add anti-oxidant, anti-wear, anti-rust and other functional additives in sequence with continuous stirring
3. Keep stirring for over 3 hours at a fixed speed to ensure full mixing of all components
4. Cool to room temperature and filter for 2-3 times with high-precision equipment to remove impurities
5. Conduct strict performance testing before packaging and delivery

Application Range

Suitable for medium-load screw air compressors with air/oil discharge temperature below 110℃ and discharge pressure less than 1500kPa. Widely used in manufacturing, mining, chemical industry, electric power, construction and other industries, ideal for continuous and intermittent operation of various oil-injected screw air compressors.
