F20 Rust-Proof Oil is a high-performance thin-film anti-rust product specially formulated for metal long-term storage and transportation protection.

 

Blended with premium mineral oil, modified rust inhibitors and antioxidants, it presents a light orange-brown transparent liquid state, and forms a dense protective film on the surface of various metals.

 

This oil excels in indoor rust prevention for over 2 years, and is widely applicable to carbon steel, bearing steel, brass, aluminum alloy and electroplated metal parts, with slight lubrication performance for direct assembly without cleaning in most cases.

F20 Rust-Proof Oil is produced via a precise temperature-controlled blending process. The core rust inhibitors and antioxidants are added in a graded manner, with strict control of mixing speed and reaction time to ensure uniform dispersion of additives in the mineral oil base. The whole production process adheres to industrial environmental standards, with the finished product undergoing multiple anti-rust performance tests to ensure stable quality of each batch.

We offer flexible packaging options: 1L, 10L, 18L, and 200L, suitable for both small-scale use and large-volume purchases. A small amount of sediment may form after long-term storage, but this does not affect its performance. The product should be transported in sealed containers, protected from direct sunlight and severe impact, and stored in a cool, dry warehouse.
